Patriot Memory Return Material Authorization ("RMA") Procedure

Warranty Claim Procedure
No product may be returned directly to Patriot without first contacting Patriot for an RMA number.
The RMA number is valid for 30 days from issue date. If the product is not received within
30 days, the RMA will be cancelled.
How to Initiate an RMA
To initiate an RMA process, please download and complete the RMA form
for submission. For all
products purchased through retailer and e-tailers, complete the RMA form and email to
support@patriotmem.com.
For all RMA inquiries on products purchased directly from Patriot Memory please contact RMA department
directly at Rma@patriotmem.com. Upon confirmation of the claim; notification will be sent within one(1)
working day via email or fax including return instructions.
For all Credit requests, please allow two(2) working days to generate RMA number and credit amount.
What and How to Ship
The product must be properly packaged with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside
of the shipping box. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to send the
defective products to Patriot Memory. A returned product without clearly marked RMA number
will be refused and returned to sender. Product(s) returned for warranty repair or replacement
must be shipped to:

Turnaround Time on Repair or Replacement
All replacements will be processed within five(5) working days upon receipt of the defective product(s).
Patriot Memory will advise of any changes, and customers will be notified of ship date and tracking information
via email. Please email support@patriotmem.com for all status inquires.
