Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty Period
All Patriot Memory DRAM modules are offered with a limited lifetime warranty.
All Patriot Memory Extreme Performance flash products are offered with a limited lifetime warranty.
All Patriot Memory USB Express products are offered with a 2- year warranty.
All other Patriot Memory Flash products are offered with a 5- year warranty.
All Patriot Memory Solid State Drives are offered with a 2-year warranty.
All Patriot Memory EEEPC Solid State Drives are offered with a 1-year warranty.
Patriot Memory cooling products are offered with a 3-year warranty.
Patriot Memory will repair or replace the defective product(s) using equivalent components made by
various vendors in conjunction with warranty repairs. Patriot Memory reserves the right to substitute
replacement(s) with similar specification product(s) when exact replacement model(s) is not available.
Warranty Statement
Patriot Memory's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. Patriot Memory warrants
that all Patriot Memory product(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship and are guaranteed
to operate in complete conformance to the specification described in the datasheet. Please contact our
Technical Support department before sending the product(s) in for repair or replacement.
Limitation of Warranty
Patriot Memory's warranty does not cover the following conditions: Products that are missing the Patriot
Memory label, products that are purchased from any unauthorized resellers, products that are not manufactured
by Patriot Memory, abuse, neglect, damage caused during installation of the product, damage to other devices
due to improper use and/ or installation of Patriot Memory products, improper testing, unauthorized modification,
data loss, data recovery, physical alterations of product. All DRAM memory module kit must be returned in its
entirety.
End User
Patriot Memory's limited lifetime warranty applies to products that were purchased from Patriot Memory
authorized resellers. Defective product should be returned to the Patriot Memory authorized reseller
from which it was originally purchased. If RMA service is not available through the authorized reseller's
warranty, contact Patriot Memory for RMA service.
End users should contact the Patriot Memory location nearest them for RMA support. For a list of locations
please visit Contact US. End Users are responsible for all freight,
duties and taxes associated with shipping to Patriot Memory.

Please contact Patriot Memory's Technical Support department if the product fails to perform to the specification.

Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (USA), or online at www.patriotmemory.com/support. If the
product was purchased from a reseller, contact them directly to inquire about exchange and RMA policy. If it
is determined that the product needs to be returned, it is important that the Return Material Authorization
("RMA") procedure is followed to ensure prompt service.
